OCFB New W-9 Ruling - 6/10/2008
The Owens Corning Fibreboard Asbestos Personal Injury Trust has received a favorable ruling from the IRS.  Therefore, the Trust will no longer require the W-9 form for each individual claimant.  Any claims with release deficiencies for a missing W-9 will be re-evaluated for payment immediately.
