The week of April 5, 2010, the Trust sent out offers and releases pursuant to the letter from the Trust on February 5, 2010 regarding the OC sub-account. To the extent you believe that additional claims other than those identified by the Trust qualify for the treatment outlined in the February 5, 2010 letter, please submit in writing a list of the claims by claimant name and claim number, together with an explanation as to why the firm believes that the claim should be classified differently. The submissions should be sent to counsel at Campbell & Levine, LLC, attention Philip Milch (pem@camlev.com). The Trust will advise the firm of its decision in a timely manner.
